Optimize your product with CFD-simulation

Tech Invent has extensive experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation. One of the main advantages of CFD simulation is the significant savings by means of reduced use of test setups, prototypes, and lab testing. We use CFD simulation to calculate the flow of liquids and gases, as well as for thermal calculations. We use CFD simulation in the development of new products, such as ventilation, cooling, heat exchangers, heat pumps, valves, nozzles, pumps, agitators, mixers and separators. We primarily use ANSYS CFX when working with CFD simulation. If we feel that there is a need to test something in practice, we also have the facilities for that. We perform simulations to determine aerodynamic drag, flow profiles, flow rates, pressure drops, and reaction forces. This data can then be used for boundary conditions in mechanical Finite Element Analyses. CFD is also used to understand mixing and separation processes, as well as thermal heat transfer. Flow simulation and thermal simulation can be combined to optimise heat exchangers for example.

What you get with us

A CFD model built specifically to solve your task. Sometimes the goal is to demonstrate that the solution optimizes the task by 20% compared to the previous solution, rather than spending a lot of time calculating the exact value at a given point. The focus is on achieving an understanding and optimization of the product in relation to the costs associated with conducting the simulation.
